By using strikeo.app ("Strikeo", "the site"), you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

1. Nature of the content

All content published on Strikeo — statistics, model outputs, picks, leans, probabilities, track record and commentary — is informational and analytical. It does not constitute betting advice, financial advice, or an invitation to gamble. Strikeo is not a sportsbook, does not accept or broker bets, and does not handle money. How the model works is described in the methodology.

2. No guarantee of results

Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain. Past performance of the model — including the published track record — does not guarantee future results. Any decision you make based on the site's content is exclusively your own responsibility.

3. Adults only (18+) and responsible gambling
